Office Contents
In many ways this is similar to a Fire Policy but is restricted to office equipment only. It additionally provides protection against other events which are specific to an office environment such as:

Damage or loss to office documents by fire or theft.

Theft or damage to employees’ property.

Cost to rent temporary office premises where existing premises are damaged to the extent that they must be vacated.

Unforeseen costs incurred to continue operating at the temporary premises.
