Office Contents

In many ways this is similar to a Fire Policy but is restricted to office equipment only. It additionally provides protection against other events which are specific to an office environment such as:

  • Damage or loss to office documents by fire or theft.

  • Legal liabilities resulting from damage or loss to documents.

  • Theft or damage to employees’ property.

  • Cost to rent temporary office premises where existing premises are damaged to the extent that they must be vacated.

  • Unforeseen costs incurred to continue operating at the temporary premises.
